PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ms. Chan oversees taxation consultancy services, corporate services including Company Secretarial and Advisory services to our valuable clients since establishment of IL Shin. She also provides banking support, working visa application, human resources recruitment and payroll services to our clients.
She, together with her team, has handled numerous cases of Members' Voluntary Liquidation, Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation, repurchase of own shares, reduction of capital, etc. to our corporate clients.
She has been leading Corporate Service Team for more than 15 years, auxiliary services of which covers arrangement of Notarization, Apostille by High Court, China attestation, endorsement by Consulate General services, etc. to our expatriate clients.

自IL SHIN成立以来，负责监督我们为尊贵的客户所提供的税务咨询服务、包括公司秘书与咨询服务在内的企业服务、银行服务支援、工作签证申请、人力资源招聘和薪资管理等；
与团队一起为企业客户处理了大量的股东自愿清算、债权人自愿清算、股份回购、减资等个案；
带领企业服务团队超过15年，辅助服务包括为外籍客户安排国际公证、高等法院海牙公证、中国公证（联系中国委托公证人（香港）办理内地使用的公证文书）、多个国家的总领馆加签等
