IL SHIN Global has central offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hanoi, Chongqing and Xi'an, bringing together more than 150 multinational experts to create a closer professional knowledge network.

 

​The establishment of IL SHIN Global started based on the advice from the clients and our concerns as follows.

• Limitation in the ability to have high-quality human/material resources to systematically support the global growth of Korean companies, despite our status as local champions in the territories (mid-sized firms with 20 to 30 employees in each region).

• Diversification in customer needs due to continuous changes in the global supply chain (including trade relations among China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, corporate governance, and relocation of assets and human resources).

• The necessity of broader experience beyond a single region to enhance the scope and quality of multinational services.

• The necessity of a control tower to coordinate and control diverse country-specific service practices and quality levels.

• Mid to large-sized accounting firm with a pool of experts (currently 150 people) on a scale with an international network.

• Increase the firm-level beyond 2nd tier firms through a systematic improvement in service quality, consistent development of policies and programs.

• Develop into an open platform that maintains our expertise and consistency, while being available to other professional firms (e.g. Cross-border + Cross Line of Service Platform by allowing relevant professional services such as law, appraisal/business valuation, patent, and IT to engage).

• Creation of conditions where we could share our cross-border experience and professional insights while providing periodically updated information to Korean clients.

• Provision of differentiated value to our clients through inter-office training, global mobility, and development of integrated services.
